We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product arrived damaged please contact us at email@example.com for a replacement. Please have photos ready of how your package arrived and the contents.

- Please allow 24-48 hrs. M-F to process your order.
- Items will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method or if you have chosen our "Standard Shipping" we will choose the most economical shipping rate. Standard Shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days (M-F).
- Free Shipping applies to orders $50 and up and under 45 lbs within the USA. If your order is over 45lbs then carrier rates will be applied.
